Stephen Sorkin is an executive coach, leadership architect, and creator of a proprietary leadership architecture used by leaders across industries.. Before founding Sorkin Human Systems, Stephen co-founded Decision Dynamics — a behavioral assessment and leadership development firm that profiled millions of middle to senior level leaders and helped shape how leadership capability is assessed at scale globally. He also built BodyGlide from concept to an internationally distributed consumer brand, creating a retail category that remains the market leader today.
For more than a decade he has served as an Adjunct Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world's foremost leadership development institutions, where he has also served as Coach Lead representing coaches across the US Western Region.
Stephen graduated from UC Santa Barbara to then earn his MBA in entrepreneurship and organizational behavior at the University of Southern California
