BACKGROUND
Stephen Sorkin is an executive coach, leadership architect, and creator of the Soul of Performance framework. He works with Directors, Vice Presidents, and senior executives to identify the patterns limiting their leadership — and turn that clarity into measurable, observable change.

Before founding Sorkin Human Systems, Stephen co-founded Decision Dynamics — a behavioral assessment and leadership development firm whose work helped shape how leadership capability is assessed at scale globally. He also built BodyGlide from concept to an internationally distributed consumer brand, creating a retail category that remains the market leader today.
For more than a decade he has served as an Adjunct Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership, one of the world's foremost leadership development institutions, where he has also served as Coach Lead representing coaches across the Western Region.
